Single Barrel Toasted Bourbon

To prevent the potential overexposure to wood, we diligently taste through our barrels of toasted bourbon to ensure peak maturity and flavor. Once a barrel meets our criteria for the toasted single barrel program it is then available to be selected by a customer or used in the toasted small batch.
