Single Barrel Bourbon

These barrels are hand selected to be in our single barrel program and sought after by bourbon enthusiasts. We estimate that 5-8% of all the barrels we taste are of single barrel quality.  These barrels typically have a unique and distinct flavor profile, as the wood from each barrel imparts its own characteristics into the whiskey.
